BUDGET FORMS:
In order to maximize the use of the Budget Appointment time, please email the completed and approved School Budget Signature Forms for all programs to your Fiscal Specialist, Title I Coordinator, Region Director, EL Compliance Coordinator and FACE Administrator for review, at least THREE days prior to your budget appointment. A budget completion checklist will be sent to schools prior to the start of Budget Development.

SPSA:
For Title I schools, the 2025-2026 Online School Plan for Student Achievement needs to be completed and “Submitted” in the SPSA Online Template THREE days prior to your scheduled appointment.

Any updated information during Budget Development will be shared via email from Fiscal Services during this period. For your convenience, the School Fiscal Services website has resources available for Budget Development; these resources are intended to facilitate the Budget Development process.
